Line Charts : Exploring timestamp (date-time) data
Datasets commonly record when certain actions happened for each record. For example, data can include the date of a transaction, the birthday of an employee, or the start date of a program. Line charts can effectively show the distribution of your records over time, and allow rich exploration. The position of points on the line shows the number of records for each time range (such as, a specific year) by default.
